All incoming customer requests to the LIWO service center are processed directly then forwarded to the corresponding technical department, whether requests for replacement parts, repairs or service. The experience of qualified service employees is available on request and also on-site for the customer. Additionally, we can also implement individual desires directly using remote service by phone.

The customer's desire for competent, reachable contact partners has been implemented into the LIWO service center. Solutions are found quickly and with no bureaucracy.
