For more than decades LIWO has been entrusted with leak test for large series injection pumps, valve technology, injectors and distributor technologies of Common Rail Systems.

• Helium leak test for common rail applications
• Equipped with one rotary indexing table each for testing/loading and final loading
• Separate input/output stations
• Part marking by grain unit
• Sniffing device, optional
• Limiting leakage rate: 1.8x10^-4mbar*l/s
• Test medium: helium
• Test pressure: 450 bar 
• Part cycle: approx. 30s
